Storage

To keep your pellets fresh and effective, we recommend only buying what you’ll use in about 3 months. Store them in a dry, well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight. Make sure the bag stays covered but not sealed airtight—pellets like to breathe a little. And whatever you do, don’t let them get wet—moisture is their sworn enemy.

Sprout pellets for horses and livestock

Ingredients: Barley sprouts, alfalfa hay, 3-way hay.

Our sprout pellets are a powerful, eco-friendly feed option packed with digestible nutrients, making them ideal for horses and livestock. Crafted from sprouted barley then blended with alfalfa and 3-way hay, these pellets are nutrient-rich, easy on the digestive system, and support optimal animal health with high bioavailability of vitamins and minerals. As a high-protein horse pellet, they offer enhanced nutritional benefits, reducing the need for additional grain or feed supplements. Whether used as a supplement to traditional hay or a primary feed option, they are one of the best healthy horse feed options available. If you’re looking for a sustainable, high-quality feed choice, our sprout pellets provide superior nutrition and balanced energy for your animals.

Nutrient dense

Our Sprout pellets provide optimal protein levels, 50% more slow-release energy compared to alfalfa hay, and easily digestible sources. The inclusion of barley sprouts minimizes the risk of colic and founder, making it the market's best feed with a guaranteed nutrient analysis. Unlike hay, there's no requirement for additional supplementation.

Delivered fresh

Buy a tote, a pallet, or a couple bags and once you are out, reorder a fresh new batch. We grow sprouts daily to make sure you are getting the freshest feed on the market.

Choke-free

Our pellets are small and we don't add any binders which keeps them soft. This eliminates choke without the need to soak the pellets. You can still soak them to help give your animal extra hydration.

Keep it easy

With their tidy, uniform size and balanced nutrition, they take the guesswork out of meal prep for your animals. No more messy grains or wasted feed—just easy storage, simple portioning, and happy, well-fed animals. Medalist pellets are here to save you time and effort while keeping your animals healthy and satisfied.
