My dairy goats love these!! Coats are beautiful. Milk tastes delicious.
Great company and product. My horses love the sprout pellets.
We have tried a couple different pellets from other places, and nothing keeps my sheep and goats in this type of condition.
Drove up to Logan to pick up two 1500 pound bags beautiful drive appreciate the salesman‘s help.
I have 10 horses on them. The horses love them, and it really helps keep their toplines.
I did learn a lesson with my first order - saved (?) money by ordering 2 pallets, but the last ten bags on the second pallet did get moldy. Lesson learned, one pallet at a time. I have three horses kept in stalls with runs. Two miniatures and one Appy gelding (blind and lame). The mini's are kept out of the pasture due to grass foundering and the pellets work great, they love them, but think they are being starved to death. At least now they are in good shape and don't look like they're pregnant. The Appy is another story altogether. I have been fighting a weight issue (not heavy enough) for three years now, but with the pellets, he is actually put on quite a bit of weight since going on the pellets in January of this year. Weighing out the pellets to feed is so much easier than stuffing hay nets, it takes a lot of prairie hay to keep them happy.
Great product, been with Medalist for 4 years now and the horses do great with it. Will never go back to baled hay.
Thank you for sending the sample. The horses like it once they are soaked.
The cubes are to big for my senior horses so and soaking them takes a long time. So it does not work with my feeding program.
We love the pellets. Easy to feed and no mess. Our old gelding who has foundered does really well on them. They keep him at a healthy weight.
Horses love it! I have three senior horses that I am trying to get weight on, and the pellets are softer and easy to feed to them. Great feed!
They are great, but maybe a little high in cost.
I do not think I got the full 1500 lb sack of sprouted pellets, plus there is a lot of corn in it. I don't want corn in the pellets. only the fodder.
We have four horses - from a metabolic 23 year old retiree, to a spicy 9 y/o thoroughbred training for eventing, an 18 hh 18 y/o belgian trail horse, and they all love these and look fabulous. The OTTB gets 10lbs a day and everyone else gets a small handful.
I bought 5 bags from chewy- my 2 horses won’t touch it - it’s been sitting for 3 days now, I’ve added a little each day so it would b fresh but neither one of mine like it. Really disappointed and now wishing I hadn’t bought 5 bags. Wasted my money.
