925 lb. 16 hand (30 yr old) Guilding. Loosing weight Daily. I first tried older(senior horse supplements) no help? Then started on 1/2 in. Pellets and some minor teeth work. Now he's 1300 lb. Happy horse and older than I've ever had one before!! Great feed for older horses!
This is a great size. It mimics the size of grain pellets and I would much rather feed this nutritional freed and not grains. The horses love it. My young horses get free choice alfalfa and supplemented with 2-4 lbs. of the Medalist pellets and they are healthier and gaining weight better than anything else I have found.
My horses loved them. Easy to feed, and to weigh out for each horse.
Absolutely ZERO waste.
I used to swear by them. The recent "purchase " was a bag sent to replace a bag with fireugn pellets in it that made my horses refuse to eat it. I tasted them, and found them very, very bitter. I put some in water, as I soak the pellets, and they became a slime that was hard to even get off my hands. I got the vontamibated bag from Chewy, where I had been getting 2 bags every 3 weeks. I offered to send some to custoner service to ID, and they did not seem to care and did not want them. That was highly concerning to me, that you would not want to know what was in a bag of your feed. They notified me a bag was shipped Dec 5. I kept notifying them it was not here, and I had no way to track, nor even know what carrier had it. It was finalky delivered Dec 20. 2 full weeks later. Meabwhile, I had to come up with an emergency solution, and get alfalfa pellets, timothy pellets abd oatmeal yo maje a madh outof fir 2 full sized horses complete diet. I love the feed, but can't get put into that situation again, and was honestly shocked about the lack if concern as to what the strange pellets were
We’ve been getting medalist feed for our fora while now and we’re so pleased with it. Healthy happy horses who love it.
We appreciate you and love the product we get from you!
Love how tiny they are. Always so green and fresh. Now we need a teeny pellet beet pulp from you guys that needs no soaking.
Been feeding sprout pellets to my horses for several years. Great product and great customer service.
The Medalist feeder has totally changed the game for our feeding program. It is easy to set up and program, is very reliable, and has given our horses even more consistency. While the up front cost is an investment, it has saved me manpower, inaccurate rations, and will pay for itself in short time.
Medalist Feed Pellets are a major part of our horse's daily diet. Super high quality and no waste. I love using them and they love eatin' em! We also continue to be impressed with Medalist's Customer Relations. They are personable and responsive when I'm scheduling my feed pick-up times. Medalist gets 6 stars out of 5 !
Second year purchasing. We only feed our Cows & Sheep grass, hay & Sprout Pellets. Cows and Sheep are healthy and happy. 100% satisfied
Great feed in bags fpr traveling. I usually use the 1500 # sacks, but for short trips and travel, bags are ideal. Love the feed
Great product the best feed for horses ! I truly recommend it horses will look fantastic.
Best feed that we have ever fead cost is great shipping is a bit pricey however worth it.
Love love these sprouted pellets, and so do my horses. My horses look great and they all look forward to meal time with no pickiness. Changing them over with simple, it only took a day or two before most figured it out and they don't leave anything behind.
My horse is 34 years old. He needs his food softened because he is losing his back teeth. He loves his sprout cereal! And he doesn't look a day over 25!!
My dairy goats love these!! Coats are beautiful. Milk tastes delicious.
