Medalist Tour

Fixing the shortcomings of traditional hay.

Hay bale

We love hay! but...

at Medalist, we realize that hay isn't perfect. That's why we've partnered with Ag scientists to create better feed for you and your livestock.

The problems:

  • Inconsistent quality
  • Unreliable supply
  • Still need costly supplements
  • 30% is wasted on the ground
  • takes up too much storage space
  • One huge yearly purchase

What do you want from your feed?

(Select all that apply.)

Alfalfa
Sprouts

Choosing sprouts doesn't mean not choosing alfalfa! We meticulously blend Alfalfa with Barley sprouts to create our high quality, cool energy sprout pellet.

Pellets are NOT the same as cubes

Because we use no binders or glues, the only thing keeping our pellets together is the moisture from the fodder. That means our pellets are softer and choke free without the need to soak.

Regular vs MINI pellets:

pellet size comparison

If you're feeding horses or cattle get the standard size. For goats, pigs rabbits and other small animals get minis:

So, why switch to pellets?

Buy less: 1500lbs of pellets is the same as 2000lbs of hay and has ZERO waste.

Store less: Pellets take up 1/3 the space of hay and with monthly deliveries, you'll save even more space.

Better nutrition: A "cool energy" feed with fresher ingredients and more nutrition than hay.
