Our horses have been on both the Sprout Pellets and the Alfalfa Pellets ( we switch to Alfalfa Pellets when supplementing with grass hay and Sprout Pellets if feeding Alfalfa hay). There was a noticeable difference in their coats within just a couple of weeks and their body's gained more definition. Our horses absolutely love both kind of pellets. We feed each of them one bucket of pellets and a small amount of hay twice a day. The pellets are gobbled up and the hay gives them something to chew a little longer. The pellets are pricey but there is absolutely no waste. We know that our horses are getting complete nutrition and we love the automatic delivery service.

Your customer service sucks!!!! I have been trying for months with no less than a dozen correspondences with your company to have my pellets delivered in or around the 8th of every month I have said bill me whenever you need to make that happen. You can’t seem to do it so I order when I run out and you always change that to my new order date. Even though we have talked on the phone, emails, texts to keep my deliveries coming on the eighth. I am out once again and the eighth is tomorrow and I am sure I will not have my delivery. I would never recommend your company to other Ranchers or Dairy farms.
